Add customer notes

Keep track of important customer information, such as packing instructions or product preferences, by adding a note to their customer profile.

Add a customer note

Customer notes appear on all orders from that customer, including any prints or downloads you make for their orders, except on packing slips.

The notes will not be visible to customers in their app.

  • Go to Customers.
  • Select the customer you want to add a note for. Use the search at the top right of the page if you need.
  • Click Add customer note.
  • Type your note.
  • Click Save.
